Susan G. Komen®, the world’s leading breast cancer organization, today announced that it will hold a MORE THAN PINK Walk in Bloomington, Illinois this fall on September 10, 2022. After going virtual for the past two years the Walk will be held in-person at the State Farm Corporate Campus South. Proceeds will advance Komen’s mission, fund groundbreaking research, and provide direct support to people facing breast cancer. “We are excited to welcome Walk participants in person this year and grateful for the opportunity to provide a community for anyone who has been impacted by breast cancer. Whether you are in treatment, celebrating survivorship, or a family member, friend or loved one, we hope you will join us September 10th and be part of our collective efforts to end breast cancer forever,” said Gayle Young, Executive Director Susan G. Komen, Central Illinois-Memorial. The Bloomington/Normal MORE THAN PINK Walk will take place on September 10, 2022. This year we are able to be back together in person to support breast cancer patients and their families in our community.
